Shipping
Shipping is free, everywhere
Every NOVEN order ships free, to every country we deliver to. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. There are no shipping charges added at the last step and no minimum order value.
Processing
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

These are estimates counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Customs, public holidays and postal service conditions can move them.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your order, check your spam folder and then email us.
Customs and duties
Orders delivered inside the European Union carry no additional charges. If you are outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. Those are set by your customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient, so it is worth checking your local thresholds before ordering.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Delays and lost parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the estimated window has passed, email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address before you confirm the order. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it if the parcel has not left. Once dispatched we cannot reroute it.
